Might I Suggest...
Here are some websites that offer interesting goodies... I offer affiliate links to some of these sites, while others are just some of
my favorites- I think they're worth a look! (If you're interested in learning more about becoming an affiliate,
check this page out)
- Instructables - this is one of the neatest sites I've ever seen. I have actually used
some of the 'instructables' (like how to make homemade potato chips in the microwave), but it's really lots of fun just going through
different pages and checking out what others are doing.
- I've always loved to draw and sketch, and I'm in the process of developing a comic strip.
This software will be my next download to develop
the storylines on my computer.
- PSP Blender - here's a site where you or the kids
can download music, movies, games and other stuff for your PlayStation Portable. My son, who is a game system 'expert', says this
site is really worth looking at.
- The Do It Yourself Network - besides having some great contests, this site
gives information on all kinds of do-it-yourself projects - you'll learn a lot!
- Our household budget has been really been hit with the high costs of fuel.
Check out this way to generate your own power for
your household.
- Here's another idea to save money- imagine running your car on water? Sounds crazy, I know, but a friend has built one
of these and is already seeing savings in his car's mileage.
- I have yet to participate in one of the contests on Worth1000.com's site,
but I love to see how creative other people can get using photographs and special effects programs.
- Do you like E-bay? I do too... and I think I enjoy selling stuff as much as I like finding those great buys.
Here's a program that might interest
you, if you'd like to make some extra money on Ebay.
- I've always wondered about these government auction websites- can
you imagine buying a car or motorcycle in an auction that starts bidding at $100?
- If you love to take pictures and share them with others, you need to check out Flickr -
they offer free and paid accounts, and it's a great community. Here is my page.
- I absolutely love riding my motorcycle, and anything bike-related always catches my attention. I got a great set of
saddlebags at Dennis Kirk - I recommend them to anyone who rides. You can get sign
up to be notified for special offers and promotions. I've seen discounts up to 80% on selected items. If you ride, or
know someone who does, check it out!
- Here's a place to get a chair made especially to go in your bike's
saddlebags. No more sitting on the ground at stops- pull your chair out and be comfortable!
